Audio setup... need advice

Are the Polk db6501s going to see that much of a difference if they are amp'd? Also, If i went with the IDs is it possible to get the speaker

Also, If i went with the IDs is it possible to get the speaker to 1 ohm? If so, i could use the fosgate amp @ 300watts rms.....
