I have the Bose system. Should I go with one 10" or two?

So with this amp I would basically have to shop around for a 1ohm sub? If I buy a 4ohm sub, how can I end up with a 1ohm load?

Rockford Fosgate T0D210 Power T0 10" subwoofer with selectable 1- or 4-ohm impedance at Crutchfield.com I was looking at this sub. Would my amp have enough power to push it?
