yes it's just a cap on the tweeter, but do your self a favor and change the wire. If you are puting in a componate set it will be easier

yes it's just a cap on the tweeter, but do your self a favor and change the wire. If you are puting in a componate set it will be easier to run new wire anyway. Also if you have a bose system you'll have some new problems.
