I realize that there could be some connection issues across the board since there are so many "flavors" of Android devices; but is it really that difficult to have a micro-USB and mini-HDMI connection to your device (or even DLNA)? There are now more Android devices than iPhones and that statistic will only continue to grow. So why is there no love for Android from companies when in comes to connectability to their products? You technically are reducing your possible market exposure, and a smaller footprint by going with Apple. Does anyone agree with me on this?
Android is great too, but if you only had the option to make a unit for one device, shouldnt the answer be plain and simple. iPhone, iPod and iPad have owned a big segment of the market for a long time. Now that Android has surpassed Apple, Im sure there will be many more Android based media products. I like Android and Apple yet I have been an avid iPhone user for sometime now. However I would like to see more devices compatible to both.
