Where to attach ground wire?

So...think I may have picked a bad spot. I'm getting very bad FM reception (on stations that are always clear) and I did make sure the antenna was securely connected.

I'm getting very bad FM reception (on stations that are always clear) and I did make sure the antenna was securely connected. Could this be the sign of a bad ground point? Everything else works well.
