Thanks for the responses. I have to real reason to not bolt it to the seat, I have just been told through the years that if there is another option

Thanks for the responses. I have to real reason to not bolt it to the seat, I have just been told through the years that if there is another option best to not bolt it to the seat bolt. Though it seems that is the best potion here.
