Default Amp Ground

I am mounting my amp under my passenger side seat. Does anyone have any suggestions on a good place to ground it ? I prefer not to ground it to the seat bolts unless I have no other option. Just trying to get it figured out before I start tonight.

Thanks All!

why against using the seat bolts? i would use that regardless if under the seat.

you can pull up the center console and use the metal in there too as needed.

anything bolted directly to the chasis of the car will work just fine, which the seats most definetly are. Whats your logic opposed to using these out of curiosity?

Where ever you do end up placing the ground connection make sure you use some fine grit sand paper to clean up the conact points to get the best electrical connection possible.

Thanks for the responses. I have to real reason to not bolt it to the seat, I have just been told through the years that if there is another option best to not bolt it to the seat bolt. Though it seems that is the best potion here.
