I was going to put the JL C5 650s in this it says that the depth is 2 and 9/16" does anyone know if i'll have any issues with that

I was going to put the JL C5 650s in this it says that the depth is 2 and 9/16" does anyone know if i'll have any issues with that depth. Also, I was considering on buying baffles to protect my investment but i've read that they take away from the sound quality.
Also, does anyone out there think that there are better speakers for less money? Thanks |
