Stock Bose system settings

I'm surprised you even listen to the Bose in the GT-R. I'd keep the stereo off most of the time and roll the windows down. Back to OP - yes,

Back to OP - yes, the stock stereo is liveable, but changing out the speakers is really the only option. There's some serious equalization going on with the stock Bose amp, AFAIK, so you'll need to swap the amp out when you swap the speaks.
