So I'm totally disgusted with NavTool. My original Paypal transaction didn't go through, because I changed banks..... didn't modify it yet in Paypal.. etc.
I called customer service to tell them I'll give them a credit card number, and the guy, who was pretty rude, told me to add it to Paypal, cause it needed to go through them. Fine. I did that, but they had already canceled the transaction on their end, so I had no way to pay it. So I called them again to tell them to resend the invoice. Guy answers and tells me he's going to put me on hold. After waiting on hold for 20 min, I figured the guy wasn't coming back, and didn't really want to help me. A$$hole
