I have an '09 with nav and would like to install a rear view camera. Got lost on the many posts, what is the best way to go? Thanks

I'm interested in the kit for 370z roadster 2010.
1. I already have a backup camera bought from here. The camera was very cheap, but I don't know if it's working with my/your system. 2. I live in Europe; can I pay via PayPal ? This is my unit:
