You should use them all the brown ones I believe the color is brown goes to the sub outputs to the bose sub and the others go to the wires

You should use them all the brown ones I believe the color is brown goes to the sub outputs to the bose sub and the others go to the wires of the bose speakers. Than your new speaker wire and all go form your new amp
