Yes they were cut out and the new ones put in their place. As for the question for the crossover, they are just pushed underneath large piece of wire up

Yes they were cut out and the new ones put in their place. As for the question for the crossover, they are just pushed underneath large piece of wire up above the kick panel. They are not going to come out and are out of the way.
