How much rear travel do you lose on the seat doing that?

I put my amp under the styrofoam in the back center. I have my fingers crossed that it won't overheat.

The seat will still go all the way back. That amp works just fine for me and is plently loud for my tastes, and the bridged channels provide plenty of thump to the sub for me. I also don't even have the gains on it turned up.
