I think that shop does vinyl stickers ect according to the truck they shot in the video. Not that I'm defending the wheels in any way but I think it's a vinyl decal overlay. I'd peel it.
I really like the HU choice. I like the rear area from a show standpoint and that it looks fairly stealth. I even don't mind the red although black with red stitching I think would have gone with the car more IMO. Personally I'd try to go more simple/light weight and have something easier to remove for track days. Tweeters would have looked better behind the mesh.
