Shipping t australia would be hard to determine box size would be 36xx24x12 which I believe is too large for USPS.. 36x12x12 to Au is about $150 I would gestimate around $150-200 because of the size.

I think the box is very well designed, a lot of people are failing to realize how little mounting depth and volume are available if u retain the spare. ( hi conchz2

Will the enclosure come stock with the black carpet finish like your first photo or be bare fiberglass like your later photos?
