In Dash Two Screen System

Hi everyone, I am relatively new to stereo systems and the like... What do I need to do/where can I go for a system like they have in this video?

Some other threads (that I wasn't able to dig up) do reference the addition of a generic 7" LCD screen that can be used as a static video output from some aftermarket, double-din head units so you can, at all times, see the DVD player or other functions.
