I ended up getting a rear view mirror touchscreen front/rear camera setup that works well. The wiring was easy to route and it removes the need for camera real estate on the windows.

Installed one of these a few months ago. The only downside is not having integration with a reverse camera to auto video when putting the Z in reverse.
