USB Port not working.

2010 Roadster with Nav. The USB port does not work. It's located in the center console. I replace it with a new one and it's still not working. Any ideas?

Check to make sure you have 5V on the power pins. It's a standard port, so you can find pinout on The Intertubes.

Check the wiring from the port back to the radio. Wiring info is in the FSM (link in my sig), if you need it.

I had my radio replaced by the dealer. I wonder if they didn't plug the wire in. Is the back of the radio difficult to get at?
