New Pandora Conroling Head Units

Just got the emails pretty nice new stuff also alpine coming out with a new sound possessor.

berry berry interesting. if it's on the new AVICZ then i might end up with it, but if not then i'll be fine without. just haven't gotten that in to Pandora.

If you have a current pioneer head unit with bluetooth, you can stream pandora over BT to your head unit already, but you'd have to use the iphone for control, which kinda blows.

This looks pretty cool though.

With my completely stock base system I am always using Pandora with my iPhone. Moving the control for it to the receiver worth $1,200? Not quite.

Lot's of other things that the head units can do that a bose system can not. Like sound better, better gps, better audio controls and so on.

Pandora has got to use compression to stream that info and things got lost. The audio quality just isn't as good as an uncompressed iTunes file or a CD, but it's still pretty good.

Maybe. You never know what the audio processors are doing inside the device. I'm not a Droid guy so I probably can't help much, but is there not an EQ program of some sort you can run?

I have a pioneer x920bt on the way to my house... I'm actually gonna PM audiofont to see if he wants to do my install

it has a comprehensive EQ and Pandora has its own special app for the pioneer deck that has a high quality sound option.. I am assuming it should sound better...

The whole deck itself seems like its the cream of the crop for the money, I cant wait.

Blue tooth, Nav with traffic, DVD, Modern Interface with a touch screen that functions similar to the iphone as far as things sliding around, EQ, Improved Sound Output if your not going with amps, seems well worth the $750 I paid... Plus the Camera everyone uses around here for cheap, Ipod Cable, and the msn direct attachment puts it around 900... to me its well worth it, ESP if you have a base model.
