Use a voltmeter to verify that you have power to the radio. If you have power at the radio, the unit is probably bad and will need to be replaced.

Use a voltmeter to verify that you have power to the radio. If you have power at the radio, the unit is probably bad and will need to be replaced. Lots of good options - check out the audio section of this site.
