Default Radio Code for 2009 Factory Radio/Nav System

I think my battery needs to be replaced. I was thinking that if I replace my battery my radio will need to re-programmed, etc. Then it occurred to me that I may need to enter a code for the radio to work. I looked thru my Owner Manual for a card with a radio code and did not locate any radio code numbers (bought the car pre-owned at CarMax). So I have 2 questions:

Does the radio require a code in order to work?

If so, where can I get a code?

The factory radios do not require any kind of security code.

SOME do...

But once disconnect and changed my battery multiple times and I have nav. Don't worry, you'll just lose your radio stations
