Default barely hear the phone when driving

Hi all. hoping someone can help. I have a 2017 roadster with factory entertainment system. When using the phone through the car I can barely hear at all when driving. The people I'm talking to can hear me fine.

When playing music through my phone it is plenty loud. I have the phone volume turned all the way up but it's like it limits it. Has anyone else had this issue and/or resolved it? would like to be able to use the phone while driving obviously!

let me know.

Thank you!

You can adjust the volume to a higher setting in the hidden menu:

Turn the ignition to "On"
Turn the audio off
Press and hold settings
Turn the volume knob until the menu comes up

I can't remember which sub menu has the phone volume but it should be easy to find.

You need to go to Setting Sounds and Beeps and adjust the incoming call volume.

the phone volume is all the way up....that's where I started. I'll see if there is a different menu as referenced above.

Thank you!

That's what I have already done. that's why it's frustrating. The sound on the stereo is plenty loud....would think the phone would be similar but it's not. I have it and the sound on my phone all the way up...and it's OK if I am not driving...but if I'm driving I get Nada!

Hate to break it to you but I have the same issue in my Nismo Tech. My phone volume is all the way up and I can't hear a thing when driving. I usually pull over while taking a call. I don't know if it's because of the lack of sound deadening or maybe the Bose noise cancellation system does something weird with phone conversations. My Bluetooth phone system is completely useless.

The hidden menu will do it- from memory there's a setting that switches incoming call volume for the factory "low" setting to "high" setting. This adjusts the range of volume that can then be adjusted in the normal menu.

This is the setting you want to adjust, it can be set to LOW, MEDIUM, or HIGH:

Did I miss where he said he had a Fast Intentions exhaust in this thread, or any other? I can't see it.
