barely hear the phone when driving
Hi all. hoping someone can help. I have a 2017 roadster with factory entertainment system. When using the phone through the car I can barely hear at all when driving. The people I'm talking to can hear me fine.
When playing music through my phone it is plenty loud. I have the phone volume turned all the way up but it's like it limits it. Has anyone else had this issue and/or resolved it? would like to be able to use the phone while driving obviously! let me know. Thank you! |
You can adjust the volume to a higher setting in the hidden menu:
Turn the ignition to "On" Turn the audio off Press and hold settings Turn the volume knob until the menu comes up I can't remember which sub menu has the phone volume but it should be easy to find. |
You need to go to Setting Sounds and Beeps and adjust the incoming call volume.

Hate to break it to you but I have the same issue in my Nismo Tech. My phone volume is all the way up and I can't hear a thing when driving. I usually pull over while taking a call. I don't know if it's because of the lack of sound deadening or maybe the Bose noise cancellation system does something weird with phone conversations. My Bluetooth phone system is completely useless.
