Has anyone made a bezel/dash kit that will allow a cubby delete? I have a few ideas floating around in my head, but all I can find are bezels for

Base model cubby bezel
Has anyone made a bezel/dash kit that will allow a cubby delete? I have a few ideas floating around in my head, but all I can find are bezels for the double-din radio itself. I'd rather not eBay an oem dash piece to hack around with if I don't have to

None that are mass produced. Most are one-offs or done for a specific screen/nav system.
