"Unplayable files" with usb stick in.

I moved all my ripped cd's on a 32 GB USB stick but when I plug it most of the tunes won't play, it says " unplayable files" . I

I moved all my ripped cd's on a 32 GB USB stick but when I plug it most of the tunes won't play, it says " unplayable files" . I can only play certain albums. Most of them are new cd's too, any idea how to fix this guys, cheers !
