There are only 2 components where the radio is for AC to work, one is the white box and the second are the controls, i'd make sure that all connections

There are only 2 components where the radio is for AC to work, one is the white box and the second are the controls, i'd make sure that all connections are tight to the box and AC controls and nothing is broken. you can also try disconnecting and look inside the connector make sure its not broken.
