Will this radio fit? Gear comes in way?

Should have no problem with double dins, already saw installed pics of those.... the idea was to be able to keep my current pop-out and not buy a new one.

Has anyone done this before? Shift the gear then pop out :-) hahaha.. Also, has anyone ever thought of getting the base and install a pop out (and NOT a double din... again, double din is surely possible) in the storage box area where the Nav fits in?
