I have this headunit installed in my car for about 4 months now. I also used the factory mounting brackets and it fits perfect. Bluetooth works great but you need to update the firmware from the manufacturer. Very easy to do and they provide instructions on the website. I retained my factory steering controls using Metra ASWC and it works fine with a little manual program involved. As for the microphone, I have mine mounted on top of the rear view mirror in the headliner but calls are static according to other people. I might move the mic to the driver's side pillar down the road but since I do not use my microphone that much, I like the fact that it's hidden in the headliner. The AppRadio 4 retails for $450 but I got a good deal on a used one for $200.
