I have one, it works well. No dash kit needed when replacing a base radio.

I used the factory mounting points on mine. Bluetooth works great with my iPhone 6+. Steering wheel controls do function; however, I think I set mine up wrong since only the volume buttons work. Initially I had all buttons working and the 'mode' button activating Siri so I do know it's possible.

Hi,
I have this headunit installed in my car for about 4 months now. I also used the factory mounting brackets and it fits perfect. Bluetooth works great but you need to update the firmware from the manufacturer. Very easy to do and they provide instructions on the website. I retained my factory steering controls using Metra ASWC and it works fine with a little manual program involved. As for the microphone, I have mine mounted on top of the rear view mirror in the headliner but calls are static according to other people. I might move the mic to the driver's side pillar down the road but since I do not use my microphone that much, I like the fact that it's hidden in the headliner. The AppRadio 4 retails for $450 but I got a good deal on a used one for $200. |

In. Even without new speakers or anything else yet this is easily 300% better than the stock trash it came with, just in terms of sound quality never mind all the other features!
I'll have to take it back out again to finish everything but but I was getting itchy to check it out :) |
