The magnet on the factory door woofers is like the size of a bottle cap. It's amazing they don't sound worse than they do.

Neo magnets? Think about the old Aura brand speakers, or even the Kenwood Xs with those mags. They worked great in cruiser bikes too cuz the non-standard mags didn't interfere with the compass.
