That's a decent budget for such a short list. you are basically looking for cheap 75watt speakers since you are not amping them or anything extra. As for head unit,

That's a decent budget for such a short list. you are basically looking for cheap 75watt speakers since you are not amping them or anything extra. As for head unit, you will need to pick one you like, get a harness to connect to the oem and you will have to splice a few wires. and connect to the head unit. No need to waste good $$ on super good speakers if you are not amping them. I bet you can get a decent speaker for like $75 that will meet your simple goal.
