Did I miss something?

Hi guys, I installed my subs and amps yesterday and this morning my airbag indicator light keeps blinking. I'm pretty sure I connected everything behind the head unit correctly but

I'm pretty sure I connected everything behind the head unit correctly but is it possible I did something? I want to ask the pros on here before I take it to the dealership :/
