Default Dash kit for 2009 model

My 370z doesn't have 3 giant dials, it 3 small ones with little buttons in between. Like this

Are there any dash kits made for this version? Or am I supposed to switch to the 3 holed version and buy new dials with the kit?

I was hoping to switch the stereo to something a bit better, that can pick up more than 3 radio stations and has some built in gps since the built in gps is all in Japanese and can't be changed or replaced (nice one Nissan).

You can't change anything about nav models.

Damn. I wouldn't have got the year/model if I knew that. Could have spent $2k more and got one with half the kms, body kit and custom head unit... except that it's uggers grey.

Can one at least install a band expander to pick up more than the local R&B station?

Not sure about the expander the info about not being able to swap out the stock nav is all here.
