So i stumbled upon this ad and its private party..They were asking 32k for it but he said he would go down as low as 29k...Is this a good price??

2012 Gray Nismo with 2400 miles for $29k? Now is this reasonable?
So i stumbled upon this ad and its private party..They were asking 32k for it but he said he would go down as low as 29k...Is this a good price?? When i do a KBB in excellent condition it comes up with $38k...The guy says its clean title no accidents...I'm really thinking about this one...If this is average or still high what price range should i wait for...Like i said in previous threads im in no rush
