Need some quick advices on a 2009 Z

Hi everyone, I am new to the forum and I am seriously looking for a 370Z lately.

I spotted a Z in a private dealership today. It is a 2009 model 7A/T Touring with sport package and got 5000 miles on it. They are asking for 28K and won't let go for a penny less...does it seem to be a fair price?

Seems like a decent price. Just as a gauge, I perused through Carmax's site and they ranged from about 30k to 32k.
You might be able to find one cheaper, but I don't know if you'll find it a lot below that unless you really like to haggle.

I got my base/sport 6spd at CarMax last June and I paid just under 28K with 6K miles

guys, thanks for the advice...the Z is in my garage now.
It is a really nice ride. Only thing bother me now is the TPM and the high pitch whine. Will stop by the dealership to have them take a look.
