I was coming back from my lunch break and my heart almost dropped to the floor when I saw this. Luckily no damage to the car (purchased 3 weeks ago). For the next half an hour, (at this point I didn't care if I was late for work as I was determined to find the owner to have a few "kind" words) I looked around & asked everyone if they own this car but no luck.
