I have a manual 2017 Base model in the UK and it has SynchroRev and gear indicator.

Perhaps it dependant on year and/or country.

Well unless it truly is country specific those ancient threads are not entirely relevant any more as according to the second one I should not have synchrorev or LED side repeaters.

On a side note the 2018 Nissan UK website states I need a GT upgrade to have a gear indicator which I have on my 2017 base model.

I would recommend that the OP physically looks at a Canadian base model to see if the synchrorev button is present.

I am sure the country is a big factor. UK and Japan, for example, have rear wiper and headlight washers. NA does not.

If you are referring to the UK base model I have headlight washers but no rear wiper.

I am sorry but if I can't believe Nissan UK regarding the gear indicator the OP has no choice (IMHO) but to visually look for a SynchroRev button when viewing the car.

I purchased a Canadian base model 5 weeks ago.

It most certainly does NOT have rev match, nor gear indicator. Those features were on Sport and up which I probably should have bought just for the LSD, but no biggie.

Base model and no SRM, yes, but no gear indicator? Even the auto base has a gear indicator.....
