Default Help with Code P1092: VVEL Control Shaft Position Sensors

My car went into Limp Mode a few weeks back. I scanned for the trouble codes using my Innova scan tool and Cipher and both scanners came up with P1092 on Banks 1 and 2. I’m also getting codes U1024 & C2849. I have UpRev and other mods installed, please see the list below.

I did a little research and found in the 2010 370Z spec manual that code P1092 is triggered by the “VVEL Control Shaft Position Sensor”. Before doing anything, I use Osiris to flash the "back to stock" ROM for my ECU.

In the manual, it states that the voltage for both VVEL Control Shaft Position Sensors need to be 500 + 48 mV. I checked the VVEL Control Shaft Position Sensor voltage with Cipher and was getting a voltage reading of 648 for both banks. Following the instructions in the manual, I loosened the mounting bolts and adjusted the VVEL Control Shaft Position Sensors to a voltage of 499-504 using Cipher as the tool to visually adjust the voltage. I then followed the remainder of the instructions by turning the ignition off for 10 seconds then letting the car warm up, etc. I checked the codes using Cipher again and found that there were no codes found.

I took the car out for a spin around the block and within two minutes the car went into limp mode again. When I got home, I scanned for codes using the Innova scan tool and Cipher and found that the P1092 codes came back and the sensor voltages now reads 600 for Bank1 and 648 for Bank2. Hmm…why and how did voltages change after making the adjustment?

I’m at a loss, can anyone please offer some advice. Thanks!
