Any 40th's here that have had steering lock failure?

I removed my fuse after my girlfriends Z had a steering lock failure. Since then we both have received our recall notices. Anyone know how to put the fuse back?

Since then we both have received our recall notices. Anyone know how to put the fuse back? I assume you put it in ACC mode, pop the fuse back in then turn the car off and on?
