Hey all, Thought I would post a scan of the Canadian Style badges... (I see Krzykanuk has posted a photo of his install...)

Let me know if any others are interested... Darkpath

I want to get these, but they still have yet to respond and it's been 2+weeks since I tried to inquire more from the Richard guy who emailed me.

I basically asked them to give me the list as we have it, that being last 4vin, build date and number. No other personal information. Thought that was reasonable. Also asked how they went about numbering these because I asked people who worked at the local Toyota plant and they said vins are sequential and they see them go in order!(an ascending order! Not this random crap)

TheGreatOne 10-27-2011 08:24 PM

sweet, those are mine...

But yes, still so odd that this is all over the place...Nissan...seriously

LMBmikeZ 11-30-2011 06:14 PM

Yes, only 120 in Canada according to Nissan.

You guys had to have known this was gonna come up again sooner or later! Lmfao!!!!!

Also if I knew before what I know now, that being that nissan totally sh!t the bed when producing the 40th IMO. Then I would've went through the trouble of getting a Nismo (would've had to bring one up from the states cause in 2010 canadian dealers didn't have them yet). I only changed my mind when I saw a 40th at the auto show and loved the fact it was fully load with the red interior.........the cool colour with matching rims looked so sexy to!(still does).

Get this for those who don't know :stirthepot:

The 35th anniversary 350z's were numbered, and numbered for all of North America (Canada included!) just like the Nismos!

LMBmikeZ 12-01-2011 06:22 PM

Did I mention.……:roflpuke2::roflpuke2::roflpuke2: just to be a post whore plus I'm bored.

LMBmikeZ 01-04-2012 12:31 PM

Bump

I'd like to :stirthepot: again see if there's any new owner/new build numbers to be added.

Good luck with your search... Darkpath

Hi guys, I'm not sure if I'm helping or hurting here...

This list is strictly based on the last 4 of the VIN and does not take into account the build date, since I don't have access to that data. It seems to make a little more sense than the data Nissan provided, but if LMBmikeZ's build date is correct, I'm not sure why his VIN is so high.

I used this same method for coming up with US 40th build numbers, and it's consistent with what Nissan is providing for those cars.

Just wondering do you work for Nissan or how are you getting your numbers??
