lots of the dates do not match, look at the other build numbers......

they do not necessarily send out the car or mark it as complete until it is 100% done. just like my # and 40thz's #

I have done work in many car plants as a contractor and can tell you they have various staging areas where the car could have sat for a while for minor repair before being put "on the shelf" which is actually out in a huge parking lot :ugh2:

stage areas could be for anything from minor body work/blemish repair to something was making a noise during the testing and they are just checking torques and alignment or electrical among other things.

Yours looks like it should be close to end of the line...like #121 or something. :stirthepot: just kidding, dude. Seriously, call them back calmly and ask them to find your build number again. Could be a simple case of human error.

I found out what my build # is and was wondering how you go about getting the plaques. Build#37 Date 6/19/2010. USA

We can build them for you - but something doesn't sound right.. My 40th was build 522 and the build date was 1/21/2010 (USA) I am having a hard time resolving that number 37 was built in June - After mine.. Can you verify this? PM with more info..

Thanks for the inquiry - Doing my best to provide accurate badging for the 40th.

Check your door for the build month and year. I think they were finished making 40THs by June 2010. The last one should have been built in February 2010. If yours is #37, then it would have been built in December 2009.

I could have sworn there was a website for this, but now can't find it. Does it actually require a phone call?

EDIT: Nevermind, there it is... http://www.blue-box.net/~vince/370z/...AZ4EH5AM502743

40th VIN Sequence #: 64. I'm assuming that means 64/120?

Doing a limited run for those with build information seeking badges for their Canadian 40th anniversary edition 370Z.. PM me if interested... Thanks! DP

Something isn't right... My 40th vin sequence #30.... Isn't someone else #30 ?

Or do I look at the 'count'? Which would be 48
