Wondering about these build numbers...

A word of advice to those who are having trouble getting the build number. It took me 3 calls within two days to get the point across. I spoke to some random guy and then a random lady. The first call was with an Indian guy or something and I explained what I was looking for. He stated that he did not have access to the info on his screen, but he would submit a request for the information. The next day I called and the lady, maybe in India as well, answered. I told her I had not heard anything regarding my request, to which she elevated my request level of importance. I got a call like three or four business days later and it was the same lady with my build number. I suggest call daily with your request number and you will get your information. I know I did!
