Wondering about these build numbers...

I received my call today.......

They said that the Canadian models have there own build numbers! They said we can get the number by contacting Nissan Canada now, they are also aware of what we will be looking for! However Nissan North America can still access the info just took a day longer.

Anyway they said I was the 51st 40th for Canada! now I am going to call Nissan Canada with the same request. But without letting them knowhat I already know. Also want another person from Nissan Canada to tell me there's only 120 40ths, so far I have only spoke to 1 person at the canadian office and 4 times with Nissan north America(haha or Nissan India call center lol).

Very cool. So what's your North American build number? Or wouldn't they tell you? It's very confusing. They seem to be telling the American owners their North American build number, which presumably includes Mexican and Canadian 40ths.

Ok, so if there were 120 build for Canada, then there were 69 Canadian 40ths built after yours. But going by our unofficial list, there were only 29 North American 40ths built after wat2win, and your VIN is higher than his. As far as I can tell, the VINs are in chronological order of when the cars were finished being built. Something doesn't compute. Thoughts on this anyone?
