Looks Good! in the 1st pics it looks like the lip of the rims were left chrome or whatever, but in the mounted pics it looks like the whole wheel

in the 1st pics it looks like the lip of the rims were left chrome or whatever, but in the mounted pics it looks like the whole wheel is painted. Is that just from the reflection or what? and.... Seriously, cell phone pics? How long can this tease go on?
