Got my 40th anni Z on 9/7/2010. Waiting for Nissan to get back to me with my build number. Sweet car. Like it better than my 350Z.

To confirm:
This looks like it says Jersey UK... Identified as #104 - with AT and Navi - what is connect premium?

Dropped1 has Identified his US delivered 40th as number 104... and like all 40ths in the states - 6 peed manual - NO NAVI

I still cannot believe that Nissan North America screwed you guys over! I think you guys are the only 40ths out of the batch of them that did not come with the nav! and IMHO I think the nav ties off the interior to make the car much more sleek........

also I believe the connect premium is just the aux,usb jacks that are included in our cars with the stereo upgrade. in europe it was an option, they have a few more options available for the cars over there. Here in North America they tied the options into only a couple available packages which included more in each pack. basically over there they could pick and choose from more of what they did and didn't want in the car less of a package deal more like adding "accessories" from the dealer but more in depth.....lol

Yeah the connect premium has all the jacks in the centre console and everything is controlled through the navi - CD, 10gb HDD, iPod and even the climate control. Also all voice controlled. Very slick but no option to chane the HU at a later stage and probably expensive to get fixed!

Snipe:
I feel just the opposite. I would not opt for Nav. I prefer an aftermarket GPS that can easily be updated as technology changes. Buy a car with built in NAV and you are well, pretty much stuck with it. I for one prefer a current model Garmin with the latest and the greatest. A NAV that is seeing firmware updates as needed, current maps, ability to change icon vehicles and more. For the most part, not gonna see this with factory Nav.. Factory NAV seems cool but soon after delivery it is old tech and not up to snuff when compared to current tech. Factory NAV... no you can keep it as again, I would not want it in any make or model vehicle I owned.

UPdate on the 40th Anniversary Section.

I try to get into these areas every couple of days to add the names found in this thread - as new owners - for the Invite only 40th Anniversary Social Group... There are about 30 names in there as of this morning that have been invited but the owner hasn't accepted. I am assuming those users 'missed' their invitation some how and need a New Invite. Please attempt to get into the National 40th Anniversary 370z Owners Group - If you can't access the page send me a PM and I will resend the invite.

Looks like we are losing momentum of finding out our build numbers AND/OR build dates - If you haven't learned yours yet - please try to contact Heidi (you'll find the method on pages within this thread) and once learned post your information here. We'd really like to do something about the badging situation - but are at a stall because we don't have everyones information yet. From what I've read there are no aftermarket lugs that fit right with the stock wheels.

I'm not sure if he is going public with it yet, but its from a forum member dropped1.

Still working the possibility of more build # plates & stickers.

Currently the only 40ths with them are Darkpath's, xdeslitx's and mine.

The touring sport has more value now. Everyone wants one with all the options. In the long run which one do you prefer. I bought a nismo but in my opinion the 40th will be more appreciated in the future.
