Do you own a 40th Anniversary? Join the club!

I just picked up my 40th anniversary Z and thought I would start a thread so we can make a list and see how many we have on this forum!

If you reply, just quote the below and add your name, if the next person does the same and so on, the most up to date list will always be at the bottom of the thread.

Code:

1. Xan
2. ....

Any guesses on how many we've got?

It seems like 1/3 or more of "new 370Z owner" threads seem to be 40th Anniv owners...are you sure there's only 1000 being made, not 10,000??? LOL :icon17:

That was kind of why I started this... I saw so many threads... then again you probably have to be an enthusiast (or just have money to blow) to buy this one, as to others it's just more expensive for another color. And enthusiasts make this forum...

Marcus Ryan 04-01-2010 12:32 AM

I agree, I think a higher percentage of 40's and nismo's will sign up for a forum than others.

For there only being 500 in this country. All the dealerships around me seem to have 2 stocked and they are underpriced at $36000. I'm assuming they only come in manual because every one I seen is manual.
My question is... if the 40th is 36k? Why is a touring sport. 37.9? Doesn't make sense.

djpathfinder 04-01-2010 12:04 PM

They do come in automatic as well.

BaneGrievver 04-01-2010 01:59 PM

I thought Automatic was only for the Canadian / European markets? There was a Canadian fellow who also got Navigation with his.

adalsky 04-01-2010 03:25 PM

Manual only
1,000 sold in the US
MSRP is $39,580.00

A ninja edit is an change made to a published post or article (typically on a bulletin board) that preempts the first response made. Often, the existence of the ninja edit is only made clear by a reference to the mistake or inconsistency in the original article by the response. In such a case, the author of the response began writing before the ninja edit, but submitted the response after the ninja edit had been made.
