The biggest thing is the turbos make more power at a lot less boost than the supercharger did. A couple other things are belt slip issues and I was getting real bad bov flutter. Keep in mind, I was pushing the crap out of a Vortech though. I'd never do another build with a Vortech. You're on the right track with the Rotrex.
