My CDI is a 1" travel .001 indicator. My B&S is a quarter inch travel .001 indicator. And my Starrett is a .0001 test indicator. I had a couple more 1" travel indicators that got destroyed at work. Forget to take them off a lathe and a vert milling machine and turn the equipment on.
You should see how fast and far they go. And what left of them.
