Don't go for the RS4 unless you want to pay to get the valves cleaned every 10k miles or so. Very bad carbon build up on the intake valves. The V would not be a good winter car, lots of HP and RWD. Good luck with your sale.

I used to own an RS4... loved it. The CTS-V is RWD but weighs more and would be more practical in the winter than the Nismo.
